Episode 5: "A Blast from the Past (Part 2)

Error #1 / Time: 7:11
In the dub, Yusei activates Remote Revenge in response to Red Dragon Archfiend's effect, but the Japanese card explains it activates when a monster you control is targeted and RDA's effect doesn't target.

Error #2 / Time: 8:01
In the dub, following the above mistake, since Stardust Dragon negated Remote Revenge's effect, Sonic Chick should've been destroyed, but it remained on the field.

Episode 4: "A Blast from the Past (Part 1)

In the dub, as Trudge explains Gateblocker's effect, he calls it a Spell Card.

Error #3 / Time: 9:33
In the dub, as Yusei is about to Special Summon Turbo Booster, the card is briefly shown in its original Japanese format.

Error #4 / Time: 13:02
In the dub, as Yusei plays Junk Synchron, it has 900 ATK instead of 1300.

Episode 2: "Creepy Crawlies"

Error #1 / Time: 13:11
In both versions, as Lenny banishes 2 Insect monsters for Doom Dozer, he's banishing Metal Armored Bug instead of Insect Knight.

In the dub, Yusei's score is shown dropping from 3000 to 400 instead of 3200 to 400 (as he'd only taken 800 damage via Retribution of the Antlion).

In the dub, following the direct attack from Doom Dozer, Yusei's Life Point graphic is slightly off-center for a frame.

In the dub, as Yusei Summons Junk Warrior, Trudge's view of Yusei's field shows Yusei with Stardust Dragon instead, a card he wouldn't have for quite a while. It stays on Trudge's view of Yusei's field until the Duel ends.
